Policies

New Zealand shipping.

All New Zealand shipments are sent on a mailer tubes to prevent corner damages.

Damaged on transit.

We will re-print and re-send any print or prints that arrived damaged due to shipping transit at the cost of Chromatic Atelier, proof of damaged will be requested.

Shipping outside of New Zealand

All shipments outside of New Zealand will be sent on mailer tubes, this is to minimize shipping costs. If you prefer a document box, please select pick-up and write a note on the comments to manage a custom shipping order for you.

Refunds

We will refund any order if the customer is unhappy with its order within reasonable reasons, Chromatic Atelier will pay shipping back to base for all the prints purchased.

Refunds outside New Zealand

We can’t refund for orders outside New Zealand.

Intellectual property

We will not retain any material provided to us past shipping. We will also not use material for any other purpose than for printing and shipping it to their owner.
